This User Agreement covers how to behave as a member of a ToastVibe community. It sits alongside the Terms of Use and the rules each community sets for itself.
Be a decent person
- Disagree without attacking the person.
- Don't harass, threaten, or stalk other users.
- Don't post hate speech targeting people for who they are.
- Don't share someone's private info (doxxing) without their consent.
Post in good faith
- Disclose AI-generated content where it could mislead.
- Don't manipulate votes with multiple accounts or vote-trading.
- Don't post spam, affiliate dumps, or repetitive self-promotion. The 90/10 rule applies: at most 10% of your activity should be your own promotion.
- Use the right community. Off-topic posts may be removed.
Respect community rules
Each community has its own rules pinned on its page, enforced by its moderators. If you don't like the rules, find or start a community that fits you instead of breaking them.
Moderators and admins
- Moderators enforce community rules. Admins (ToastVibe staff) enforce site-wide rules.
- Every removal and ban is logged publicly with a reason.
- If you think a mod action was unfair, you can appeal through the post's "Appeal" link or by messaging admins.
Reporting
See something that breaks the rules? Use the Report button. Reports are anonymous to the reported user.
Consequences
Depending on severity, the response may be:
- Content removal with a note in the public mod log.
- Temporary mute or community ban.
- Site-wide suspension or permanent ban.
- Referral to law enforcement for illegal content.
Premium, coins, and gifts
- Premium membership doesn't buy special moderation treatment.
- Coins and gifts are for showing appreciation. They don't affect post ranking or moderation.
- Gifting illegal or rule-breaking content is itself a rule violation.
