1. Who we are
ToastVibe ("we", "us") runs the website at toastvibe.com and related subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Who can use ToastVibe
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use ToastVibe. If you're under 16, please get a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
- Keep your PIN or password to yourself. We won't ask for it.
- One person per account. Don't impersonate someone else.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and back up your content so we can run the Service. You can delete your posts at any time, which terminates that license going forward — except for copies that have been re-shared, quoted, or cached by others.
5. What's not allowed
- Illegal content, including CSAM, threats, doxxing, and incitement to violence.
- Spam, scams, vote manipulation, or running multiple coordinated accounts.
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Sexual content involving minors. Other sexual content must be in a community that allows it and clearly marked.
- Scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering the Service without written permission.
- Uploading malware or attempting to break the Service or its users.
6. Moderation
Communities are run by their moderators within the rules above. We can remove content, ban users, or close communities that violate these Terms. Every removal and ban is written to the public moderation log.
7. Premium and coins
Some features (Premium subscription, virtual coins, gifts) are paid. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or create risk for other users or the Service.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with an updated date. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 14 days before they take effect.
